We are a mixed ability group, meeting for a chat in Italian. If you can't speak much Italian, you are welcome to come along and just listen to start with.

We have recently discussed topics such as books, films, holidays, sports, travel and done some grammar practice. We have also played Scrabble and Trivial Pursuit in Italian, with Italian boards and instructions! We celebrated Christmas with an Italian three course meal at a member’s house and enjoyed ourselves. Didn’t quite get round to singing Italian carols!
Since January we have been discussing our leisure pursuits and also coming to terms with
modern technology. The latter has proved very enlightening and difficult. We will soon go on
to tourism which should be very interesting as we have all travelled extensively.

We are slowly working towards GCSE level, which includes grammar and conversation.
